- Maintaining, reviewing and improving recipe database
- Work closely with the cost control subject matter experts to align on customer expectation. - Support controlling and analyzing quality level of production to meet customer satisfaction, including propose new ideas with a view to an economical utilization of food and make suggestions on new products - Presenting and guide airline customer during Menu Presentation to meet and exceed customer- s expectation.
Job Qualifications
ข้อกำหนด
- Any genders. Age 28 year old up. Thai nationality.
- At least bachelor degree in food science, food technology/ production and any related field. Plus having culinary certification is advantage. - At least 3 years- experience in expert role of commercial kitchen or food production in a catering Industries or food manufactory. - Familiar with mass/ manufactured food preparation under hygienic & food safety standard including Productivity Improvement. - Wide range of food knowledge; European/Western Cuisine, Asian Cuisine (Thai, Chinese, etc.) and/or Middle Eastern Cuisine. - Good computer skills, Microsoft Office, SAP - Experience with recipe menu controlling Software/ Food Management software to calculate yield and lost and creating and maintaining recipe - Organizational and time management skills - Good English Skills; Reading, Writing and Speaking.
