Costumer Support Specialist

1) daily two classes (each one 3 hours) to teach the thai cooking of 3 dishes or dessert
2) prepare the classroom and the materials accordingly
3) meet the guide the guests at BTS station and guide them to cooking class
4) promote the cooking class to more guests

ลักษณะงาน
1 เปิดสอน 2 ชั้นเรียน (ชั้นเรียนละ 3 ชั่วโมง) โดยสอนทำอาหารไทย 3 เมนู หรือ ขนมไทย
2.จัดเตรียมหอ้งเรียนและวัตถุดิบที่ต้องใช้ในการเรียนการสอน
3.พบปะ และ แนะนำ ลูกค้าที่สถานีรถไฟฟ้า เพื่อนำลูกค้ามาที่ชั้นเรียน
4.โปรโมท การเรียนทำอาหารให้เป็นที่รู้จักแก่ชาวต่างชาติ

1) fluent in English
2) experience in thai home cooking, no need to have professional cooking experience
3) experience with foreigners and tourist industry, working experience as tour guide preferred.
4) familiar with thai culture and history, able to introduce it to foreigners.
5) customer oriented and service oriented

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1 สามารถ ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้คล่องแคล่ว
2 มีประสบการณ์ในการทำอาหารไทย ไม่จำเป็นต้องเชี่ยวชาญในระดับสูง
3 มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวกับชาวต่างชาติจะพิจรณาเป็นพิเศษ
4 สามารถให้คำแนะนำกับชาวต่างชาติ เกี่ยวกับ วัฒนธรรมและ ประวัติศาสตร์ ของ อาหารไทย.
5 มุ้งเน้น ในงานบริการที่ดีให้กับลูกค้า

1) Base salary of 30000THB / month
2) Commission based on good rating got from the customers, up to 50% of basic salar
1 ฐานเงินเดือน 30,000 บาท
2 คอมมิชั่น ขึ้นอยู่กับผลตอบรับของลูกค้าที่เข้าเรียน , สูงกว่า 50% ของฐานเงินเดือน
