Job Description :
- Running the kitchen when the head chef is away - Managing food purchasing, costing and storage - Maintaining a safe and hygenic kitchen environment - Helping create new recipes and menus - Flexibility with working hours, evenings, public holiday and weekends - Must have experience of menu designing, GPs, Managing and motivating a team. - Creating the rota and general admin duties
